Within this transformative coaching program, we work on building a strong foundation within yourself so you can learn to let go of perfectionism, the fear of not doing enough and the disappointment that comes with it. 

This will allow you to connect and empower yourself so you can live according to your core values whilst being confident to speak out about what you need within motherhood, work and beyond!

  • A 30 minute free discovery call.

  • 6 - 8 Sessions of each 75- 90 minutes.

  • 3 Months program with bi-weekly sessions in Amsterdam or online.

  • Including personalized tools and exercises. 

  • Continuous support via WhatsApp or email.

This transformative program consists of five pillars where we’ll explore your internal world and drivers so we can let go of old beliefs and patterns which are not serving you and you can move towards your authenticity. In addition, we can also include specific topics so the program meets your personal coaching goal. I’m also a Nutritionist, so for example we can also include the topic of vitality.

The 5 pillars of the program

We often live in our heads where we’re constantly thinking about the past or the future but all the right answers to ‘what to do’ can be found within yourself. By tuning inwards, you’ll be able to act from a place of inner knowing.

01. FEELING IS KNOWING

We all have a ‘voice’ within ourselves that tells us all kinds of stories of how we should do things. Which stories and subconscious beliefs does your ‘voice’ have? We can only change this by making it conscious.

02. YOUR INTERNAL PROGRAMMING

What the ‘voice’ in our heads tells us, is determined by our past experiences. Often it’s the result of (small) negative experiences which we didn’t process at that time and so we’re still holding on to the emotions underneath it. Only by acknowledging and giving this old pain space, we can release the emotion and disconnect from old habits and patterns that are no longer serving us.

03. UNBLOCKING

Now you’ve let go of old habits and patterns and you’re able to get in touch with your feelings, you can connect again with yourself. From this perspective you can answer questions such as what kind of woman do you want to be? What gives you energy? What feels good for you?

04. AUTHENTICITY

Actual change only happens when there’s action so now that you’ve restored the connection with yourself, it’s time to practice your new behavior. What do you choose to do or not do? It’s mostly about small changes in daily life but it can also mean that you decide to do things drastically differently. Either way, after every session you walk out the door with a homework assignment where you break through an old pattern.
